Terms of Service

YuanVPN provides access to international routes and subscription management, covering 90+ countries / 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; log in to access them. An active plan is also required to download the iOS client.

Route access does not grant eligibility to use third-party websites or apps. Third-party accounts, content licenses, and regional rules are managed by the relevant platforms and should be checked separately. Route availability is as shown in the panel; access to any third-party service is not guaranteed at all times.

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure, and do not disclose or transfer them to others. If credentials are exposed, unusual use occurs, or a subscription link is shared, change your credentials promptly and request assistance by submitting a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, but subscriptions are for the account holder's use only. The device limit does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing subscriptions, or sharing accounts. You may not use the service as a commercial resource to provide access to others or interfere with routes or other users' normal use.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; use the data until it runs out, with no expiration date. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. No explanation is required. Log in to the user panel and submit a ticket with your refund request and the relevant order so the transaction can be verified and the refund processed. Do not submit your password or full subscription link.

Refund updates will be communicated through the ticket. Requests submitted after the period above may include the order details and will be reviewed by customer support in light of applicable law and the specific transaction. These terms do not promise a specific refund processing time.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their location and activities. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, including fraud, violations of others' privacy or intellectual property rights, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, malicious attacks, or sending spam. Do not use another person's account or payment credentials.

Users are responsible for content they upload, download, or publish, as well as their transactions with third parties. YuanVPN route access does not imply endorsement of such content or conduct. The service will respond to lawful and valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

Connection quality depends on the local network, device configuration, carrier routing, international links, and third-party platform status. Maintenance, outages, or force majeure events may cause interruptions. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a fixed speed. If an issue occurs, check Troubleshooting first, then submit a support ticket.

YuanVPN does not keep logs. See the Privacy Policy for details about how account and order information is handled. Responsibility for losses caused by changes to third-party services, exposed credentials, or incorrect configuration will be assessed based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In cases such as unlawful use, reselling or sharing access, malicious attacks, or account impersonation, YuanVPN may restrict access, suspend, or terminate an account depending on the level of risk. Users can explain the circumstances and request a review through a user panel support ticket. Relevant orders and refund requests will be handled under the refund terms and applicable law.

Updates to these terms will be noted through the revision date on this page and site announcements. Changes affecting important user rights will be flagged for review. Changes will not retroactively reduce the lawful rights associated with existing orders. If you disagree with the updated terms, you may stop using the service and contact support by ticket about your existing subscription.
